Farther Along: Thanksgiving 2011

What are you thankful for this Thanksgiving?

I was pondering that question this morning on my way across the Bosporus (on this not-so-celebratory Thanksgiving for us) when I heard Josh Garrels’ “Farther Along” song for the first time & it nearly brought me to my knees.



Farther Along, day by day, year by year, each step closer to our final home. That future hope…it is indeed the first of many reasons I’m thankful today.
